Therapeutic Massage

Deep strokes with compression, joint range of motion, friction and trigger point techniques to reduce adhesions and treat common injuries due to work, soreness from sports, or chronic conditions. I also blend Swe-Thai and traditional Thai Massage movements into my therapeutic Massage

Swedish Massage

Long flowing strokes that promote circulation and relaxation. Though not as deep tissue as my Therapteutic Massage still deep enough to elongate the muscles.

Corporate Massage

Corporate massage is a great way to help reduce employee's stress, tension, work place anxiety and also helps with repetitive motion injuries. This service will not only show your staff that they are appreciated, but could also lead to less sick days due to chronic pain.

The treatment is done on a massage chair and the individual does not need to disrobe. Generally sessions last between 10 to 15 minutes per person. Fees vary according to staff sizes so please call for details.

Massage Cupping

Massage Cupping is an ancient treatment in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin to create suction. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure).

Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and speed recovery from sports.

Personal Training Session

We will begin with a consultation to discuss goals, restrictions, health history and take measurements. Once our guidlines are established I'll design a custom exercise program specifically for you.

Rates

Massage Sessions:

$100 per one hour house call.

$140 per 80 minute house call.

$20.00 Additional Fee if more than 15 miles away

Personal Training:

$80 per hour

Rapid Reboot Compression Therapy:

$15 per 10 minute treatment $20 for 20 minutes and $25 for 30 minutes

Taping and IASTM (Instrument Aided Soft Tissue Manipulation)

$15 per body part/treatment
